Hosted by the Supplier Development Programme (SDP) in partnership with East, North and South Ayrshire Councils, the Ayrshire Meet the Buyer event will take place on Wednesday 25 November 2026 at Ayr Racecourse.
Ayrshire Meet the Buyer offers a relaxed environment for private sector suppliers to speak to public and private sector buyers, and discover ways to work with them, on new and existing contracts, for goods, works and services.
It’s also a great chance to hear what is in the future pipeline of opportunities.

All businesses in and out with Scotland can register for and attend Meet the Buyer events.
What does this cost?
This is a free event.
Who is this for?
The event is aimed at sole traders, micro, small and medium sized businesses, supported businesses and third sector organisations, but it is open to businesses of all sizes. All suppliers that wish to do business in the region are welcome to attend.
How long does this take?
The event will run from 9:30am to 12:30pm.
