Businesses can help their employees learn how to save money and energy at home – and help tackle the climate emergency – with Home Energy Scotland’s free online training.
What’s in it for your employees?
Your employees can take a virtual tour of a typical home to identify energy-saving hotspots. They'll then discover how much money and energy they could save by making simple changes. They’ll get energy-saving tips and details of funding and support to help them make energy-saving home improvements.
Your employees will:
- learn how to save money on their energy bills
- find ways to stay warmer and more comfortable at home
- find out about funding and support available from the Scottish Government
- be part of a greener and healthier Scotland, by saving natural resources and reducing pollution
- be able to use the e-learning resource at a time and place that suits
What’s in it for your organisation?
By offering your employees access to the e-learning, you'll:
- give your staff an innovative employee engagement benefit at no cost to your business
- create a happier workforce and increase productivity
- achieve corporate social responsibility and sustainability goals
- help your business achieve accreditations
- be able to apply for awards like the VIBES Scottish Environment Business Awards
Energy-saving knowledge can transfer to the workplace, too – ultimately saving your business money.
