The Scottish Enterprise Strategic Leadership for AI data and technology will help you build confidence to make informed data led decisions, manage opportunities and risks, and lead technology change responsibly.

The programme consists of a mix of in person and online resources including workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions. The workshops will be held in Inverness between October 2026 and November 2026.

This blended learning approach aims to equip you with the insight, strategy, and courage necessary to steer your organisation through the challenges of AI, Data and Technology.

Participants should ideally be senior leaders, key decision makers or those who can influence change in the business.

Your business must already be based in or planning to set up in the area covered by Scottish Enterprise. This includes Aberdeen City and Shire, the east of Scotland, Tayside and the west of Scotland.

The programme is free to attend. You may have to cover travel costs associated with attending the sessions.

The programme runs for 10 weeks. It consists of 2 full day, in-person workshops and 2 half day, online workshops. You can get one-to-one support from Scottish Enterprise specialists at any time during the 10 weeks. 

The dates and locations for the workshops are:

• 28 October 2026 - full day, in-person workshop in Inverness
• 4 November 2026 - half day, online workshop
• 11 November 2026 - half day, online workshop
• 18 November 2026 - half day, in-person workshop in Inverness
