GrowBiz provides a free mentoring service for rurally based businesses, enterprises and the self-employed in Scotland.

The service helps you to raise your business horizons, explore new possibilities, create focused strategies and develop self-awareness and confidence.

This mentoring programme has been recognised for 3 years as ‘Business Mentoring Programme of the Year’ by the Scottish Mentoring Network. It is the only business mentoring programme in Scotland that has achieved the Scottish Mentoring Network Quality Standard.

The mentors are all volunteers with invaluable and varied business expertise. All participants in the mentoring programme complete a full training programme and have access to ongoing development, support and resources throughout their involvement with the programme.

The mentor/mentee relationship is tailored to participants with no fixed timescale or regularity of meetings - it provides wrap around support to help individuals develop the confidence and skills to allow their business to thrive.

This service is available to all micro-business, enterprises and the self-employed who are based in rural Scotland (that is, outwith cities).

This is a free service.
