What does this involve?
This free, 90-minute interactive workshop helps small and medium-sized businesses in Scotland prepare their teams for an artificial intelligence (AI) driven future.
Sessions are offered both online and in-person across Scotland.
During the workshop, you'll explore the Data and AI Skills Framework (2025). This is a practical tool that's designed to help individuals, teams, and educators identify and build the skills that will be needed across Scotland’s data and AI ecosystem.
You'll assess your organisation's current AI skills, identify any gaps, and plan upskilling and reskilling for your workforce. The workshop also highlights roles and skill areas that are less at risk of automation.
The workshop is delivered by The Data Lab as part of the National AI Adoption Programme funded by the Scottish Government.
