Important information

When you submit your quarterly VAT return, you enter how much VAT you’ve charged customers (output tax) and how much you’ve paid on business purchases (input tax).
Once signed, an NDA is a legally binding contract. If the contract is breached, you can take the other party to court to claim damages, but this can be costly and take time.
