This fully funded 12-week programme is for early-stage business owners and teams in Aberdeen, Dundee and Lanarkshire. It is for companies who are keen to fast-track their business offering, growth strategy and investment potential. It focuses on the core skills which give entrepreneurs a competitive edge. 

Elevator runs the Flagship Accelerator in both Aberdeen and Dundee from its Centres for Entrepreneurship. The programme also runs in Lanarkshire.

Every week, a core skill is discussed, including:

• customer discovery
• growth strategies
• branding and marketing
• investment
• sales

Once the programme is completed attendees will have all the necessary skills, knowledge and networks to take their idea from concept to market readiness. Experienced mentors will challenge successful candidates on their goals, plans and business ideas, fine-tuning them until they are investor-ready.
