What does this involve?
The AI Readiness programme from Scottish Enterprise provides an introduction to artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and explains how AI can help with existing challenges and opportunities in your business.
The programme includes a series of workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions for businesses in Scotland that will help you understand AI's potential and develop practical skills in AI applications. There are also opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and networking during the in-person workshops.
Am I eligible?
Yes, if you're a business leader or a decision maker in your business.
Your business must be based in the area covered by Scottish Enterprise. This includes Aberdeen City and Shire, the east of Scotland, Tayside and the west of Scotland.
Businesses of any size are eligible.
You must comply with Scottish Enterprise's fair work conditions and show an interest in achieving net zero carbon emissions to to take part in the programme.
What does this cost?
The programme is free to attend. You'll need to cover any travel costs or other expenses associated with attending in-person sessions.
Who is this for?
Business leaders and decision makers with an interest in introducing AI into their business.
How long does this take?
The programme will be held over a 5-month period from 8 October 2025 to February 2026.
It includes 3 full-day, in-person workshops held in Glasgow. You’ll also need to attend 2 in-person sessions for one-to-one consultancy support. These will run for a half-day each in a Central Belt location.
Important information
The programme is limited to 20 businesses.
A maximum of 2 delegates per business can take part in the programme.
