What does this involve?
The Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF) aims to help businesses in West Lothian provide training to upskill and reskill their existing employees.
By accessing the FWDF, employers can:
- choose the training that best meets their needs
- address priority skills gaps
- increase productivity and support economic recovery
- access tailored training in high-quality learning environments
- engage and motivate existing employees by offering them high-quality training to bring the greatest benefits to your organisation
- cover all their training costs or partially cover more expensive training
Small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can receive up to £5,000.
The fund is managed by West Lothian College.
