• reduce (non-staff) operational costs
• improve market share
• increase revenue
• improve cyber security
• move the business online

Yes, if your business:

• is based in West Lothian
• is a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME)
• has been trading for at least 6 months

Eligible projects will typically do one of the following:

• enhance the digital skills of your workforce
• purchase software or digital hardware
• improve your IT infrastructure
• build an e-commerce website
• develop an app

This is a free service.

Businesses based in West Lothian that wish to improve their digital connectivity.

Once your eligibility and suitability have been confirmed, your application can be approved within 10 working days.

Your business should have a business plan for growth and up-to-date financial records to submit with your application.
