What does this involve?
High growth ventures advisor support provides up to 6 days of fully funded expert advice and mentoring to early-stage account managed businesses in Scotland that are ready to grow and develop.
It helps businesses move forward faster by giving them access to expert advice on the issues and opportunities that matter most to them.
The service includes:
- specialist business advice and mentoring
- executive education programmes
- peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunities
Support is delivered by approved specialist providers. Each business gets support based on its needs, with clear goals and timescales.
Advisors work closely with the business and its Scottish Enterprise account manager to:
- identify the main challenges and opportunities
- provide expert advice on the sector, market or technical issues
- help the business move through the key stages of growth such as testing its offer, developing the business, securing investment and growing after investment
Support is only available in this financial year and will count towards your Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) allowance.
Your project must be completed by 31 March 2027.
