Support to recruit a young or inexperienced person may be available from the Falkirk Council Employment and Training Unit (ETU).  Employer Recruitment Incentives (ERIs) can help businesses in the Falkirk Council area with wage costs for the first 12 months of employment.

ERIs can help businesses expand their workforce and help local people progress into fair work. They positively contribute to a fairer, more inclusive economy and help address many of the deep-seated challenges of inequality and disadvantage within the Scottish labour market.

Employers including private small or medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and third sector organisations located in the Falkirk Council area may be eligible.
