Funding is available for businesses in East Renfrewshire to develop and provide training for their employees in green technologies and energy efficiency systems and jobs. These can include:

• solar thermal technologies
• energy efficiencies in oil and gas domestic heating systems
• rain water or grey water systems

The training can be delivered at college level or through private organisations. 

The grant is match funded and will cover 50% of the training course fees, up to a maximum of £1,000. It is capped at £500 per employee.
