What does this involve?
Funding is available for businesses in East Renfrewshire to develop and provide training for their employees in green technologies and energy efficiency systems and jobs. These can include:
- solar thermal technologies
- energy efficiencies in oil and gas domestic heating systems
- rain water or grey water systems
The training can be delivered at college level or through private organisations.
The grant is match funded and will cover 50% of the training course fees, up to a maximum of £1,000. It is capped at £500 per employee.
