What does this involve?
The UK Government has issued guidance for jobs that qualify for travel exemptions during the coronavirus pandemic. Some people don’t have to fill in a passenger locator form or self-isolate on arrival in the UK, because of the jobs they do.
This guidance lists the jobs that qualify for an exemption and tells people:
- if they need to self-isolate
- if they need to complete a passenger locator form
- any conditions they will need to meet or evidence they will need to show
What does this cost?
This is a free service.
Who is this for?
This guide is for people who are exempt from travel restrictions because of their job.
How long does this take?
It will take about 30 minutes to read the full guidance. However, it covers a wide range of careers, so it's closer to 10 minutes per job.
Important information
If you do qualify for travel exemptions, you still need to follow UK health guidance, such as wearing a mask, washing hands regularly and social distancing.
