Important information
The guidance package will be reviewed on an on-going basis in line with Scottish Government’s review of coronavirus restrictions.
The updated guidance includes feedback from the food industry and the latest advice from Scottish and UK Government and Health Protection Scotland. It aims to provide further clarification on the application of physical distancing requirements, cleaning and disinfection procedures. It also includes how government advice on facemasks and face coverings applies to food businesses.
