SEPA COVID-19 advice

Support provided by SEPA

What does this involve?

SEPA has launched a dedicated hub of information for regulated businesses during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

All regulated businesses should make their best endeavour to meet environmental obligations. For those unable to meet all their obligations under SEPA’s licence, permit or other authorisations, SEPA will provide advice and support to prioritise the actions that directly protect the environment.

Temporary regulated positions and guidance have been published, recognising how operations may have to change due to the circumstances.

Am I eligible?

What does this cost?

This is a free service.

Who is this for?

Regulated businesses and communities in Scotland.

How long does this take?

This will vary depending on what service or information you require.
