A grant of £10,000 is available for businesses in West Lothian to help them fund graduate positions in the following areas: cyber security, Green Champions and STEM. Each position must be for a minimum of 12 months and pay an annual salary of at least £25,000. 

Cyber security roles should:

• help safeguard your business and systems from cyber threats
• identify areas for improvements, efficiency and business growth

Green Champion roles should:

• focus on identifying opportunities for your business within the net zero landscape
• improve or implement processes and approaches to sustainability

STEM roles should:

• promote new ideas, products or processes that will lead to improved business efficiencies and business growth

You are eligible if you are a West Lothian-based business keen to recruit graduates in cyber security, Green Champion or STEM roles.

Each position must be for a minimum of 12 months and pay an annual salary of at least £25,000. 

It is free to apply for the grant.

The grant amount is £10,000, and each graduate role must pay a salary of at least £25,000. You will have to cover the remainder of the graduate salary and any other costs above the grant amount.

Businesses based in West Lothian.

Once your eligibility and suitability have been confirmed, your application can be approved within 10 working days.
