Angus Council - support for key suppliers and grant supported providers

Support provided by Angus Council

What does this involve?

This support is to help Angus commissioned and contracted services to maintain the local supply chains. This ensures the supply of essential services now and once the pandemic is over.

  • extraordinary costs caused by the pandemic

An application is required.

Important information

This support is due to end on the 30th of June 2020 or within 14 days' notice, subject to extension of the national scheme (see Scottish Government's SPPN 05/2020). The Council will review extension on a monthly basis.

The supplier is expected to claim any other COVID-19 support (e.g. furloughing etc.) before accessing this service. Double-funding will not be permitted. You may be asked to provide evidence that the funding was used as intended and other amendments to your contract may also be recommended. A condition of this support is that staff and your supply chain are paid promptly.
